• The minimum academic requirement for consideration for admission is a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.50 on a 4.00 grade point scale from at least three full years (15 full year courses or 90 credit hours) of undergraduate university study in Canada. Marks obtained from graduate work are not calculated into the cumulative GPA
• First Aid and CPR
What are the Day-to-Day Responsibilities in your Position?
• Taking a complete and thorough history of a patient’s case
• Performing a focused physical and neurological examination
• Formulating a diagnosis
• Taking X-rays in the case of trauma or suspicion of malignancy as you see fit
• Treating primarily by a chiropractic adjustment (a high velocity, low amplitude thrust through a restricted joint) followed by any other modality you see appropriate such as soft tissue therapy, TENS and IFC units, nutritional counselling, exercise prescription, ergonomics and many more!

• Graduate Studies Residency Program
All three Residency Programs lead to eligibility to sit Fellowship examinations in their respective Specialty Colleges: the College of Chiropractic Sciences (Canada), the College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences (Canada), and the College of Chiropractic Radiology (Canada). Graduates of the Radiology program are also eligible to sit the Diplomate examinations of the American Chiropractic Board of Radiology (ACBR) to apply for Diplomate status in the American Chiropractic College of Radiology.
• After completing a doctor of chiropractic degree you are also free to apply to any graduate program at any university to specialize or obtain a masters and/or a PhD
What is the Most Valuable Thing you have learned in your Career?
Helping people do what they enjoyed doing before their injury. Maintaining optimum health without the use of pharmaceutical drugs and relying on the body’s natural self-healing ability. And more importantly treating people on an intimate and individual basis and making them feel important.
